| Mix these dry ingredients | |
| Salt | 1 tsp |
| Dry milk | 1 tbl |
| Sunflower seeds | 5/8 cup |
| Rolled oats | 5/8 cup |
| Sliced almonds | 5/8 cup |
| Wheat flour | 3/4 cup |
| Wheat gluten | 1 tbl |
| White flour | 2 cups |
| Yeast | 3+ tsp |
| Then add and mix: | |
| Water | 1.5+ cup |
| Oil | 1 tbl |
| Concentrated lemon juice | 5 tsp |
| Blackstrap molasses | 3 tbl |
| Finally, add the last amount of flour and mix | |
| White flour | 1 cup |
| Place in pan and bake at 350º for 1 hour, 10 minutes | |
