So what do we charge for websites? It's kind of hard to say offhand, but there are three central variables involved in pricing:
Take, for example, our site for the Boulder Oaks RV Resort in our portfolio: They have just a few pages, and there are few changes to make throughout the year. We charge $175 (plus tax) per year. (The folks at Boulder Oaks also save a good deal of money by not having their own, personal domain name along with independent hosting; it's hosted right here under aardvarkrv.com. It's a solution that works great for some, but less great for others.)
Prudential Angel Fire Real Estate, also in our portfolio, is quite different. It's got a lot of pages, and these pages have to be changed every few days. Needless to say, the site isn't cheap! We currently charge $25+tax per hour for this kind of work. All work is charged by the minute (that is, about 40¢+tax per minute for time on task). Consultation time is like coffee breaks: There's no charge for that!
Remember, though, that we strongly prefer that you carry your domain and hosting charges, all in your name. (In this way, we don't play middle-man, and there are absolutely no ownership issues down the road.)
Again, we will help you set all of this up.
The bottom line is this: If you need a small website that is fairly stable throughout the year, we can make you a durned good deal at a flat rate. If you need a larger one or one that needs to be changed a bunch over time, it's going to be more costly. In any event, we'll try to keep your costs in line and provide you with as many cost-savings options as we can. We'd just need to look over your needs carefully and come up with a price!

Does it come as a surprise ...

... that we do the site for our other business, Monte Verde RV Park and Campground here in Angel Fire?
